The sun is out and shining bright in Baltimore. I love warm weather, but it was about 10 degrees past warm when we shot these photos. I did my best to beat the heat with this lightweight shift dress. I made this dress forever ago for my Freshman sewing class. Even though it's old, I still like to pull it out of the closet every now and then.
My favorite thing about this dress is the bright teal color. It's a fun print and kind of reminds me of The Flintstones haha. I matched my dress with an accenting brown and gold wrap choker and gold hoops.
Oh yeah, and pockets! I don't know what it is, but I loveee dresses and skirts with pockets.
This outfit is all about casual comfort and color. I carried on the trend with these sneakers.
