Let's start this post off with a fact: I love naps. Anyone who knows me, knows this. I'm also a huge fan of pillows, as you can tell from this series of pictures. Pillows are great for decorating, but do you know what else they're great for? Naps. If you haven't planned a nap in advance, you're not on my level. Sometimes naps are just an avenue for my laziness, but other times, they're just what I need to feel refreshed and take on the rest of my day.
When I saw this Napper tee, I knew I had to have it. It represented my love for naps with a unique design and urban feel. It's true to size with a fit that's slim, but still roomy. The soft fabric makes it super cozy. Plus it's grey. If you've seen my Feeling Grey post, you already know how I feel about that.
Thread Tank is all about stories you can wear. Their website has tons of graphic shirts for men and women. Each one features a design that allows its wearer to share who they are. Collections range to include hometown pride, beard love, motherhood, and more.
Since we started off with a fact about me, Iet's keep going with a few more. Here's fact #2: My hair has been green, blue, and purple. Purple happened accidentally, but it turned out to be really pretty. If I wasn't working in a corporate environment, my hair would definitley be colored.
Fact #3: I studied Chinese for 6 years (4 in high school & 2 in college). I was forced to take Mandarin Chinese in high school because the other foreign language classes were full. I was terrified in the beginning, but eventually I loved the payoff of learning the language and culture.
Fact #4: I went to an all girls high school and an all girls college. People usually look at me like I have 3 heads when I tell them this. I always shrug it off because I had a great experience both times. Both schools instilled the importance of higher learning, sisterhood and women's leadership roles. I've made unbreakable bonds with incredible women and I wouldn't trade that experience for anything.
Fact #5: Because I went to all girls schools, I didn't have anyone to crush on in class. Middle school was a different story though. My middle school crush is now my boyfriend. Dreams come true you guys haha.
Thanks, Mom. You're still the best.
